Bihar State Mining Corporation Limited was incorporated on 22nd September, 2017 as a State Government Company under the administrative jurisdiction of Mines & Geology Department, Government of Bihar. The Company has been incorporated as a Private Company Limited by shares with an objective to search for major and minor minerals and precious stones and to acquire by purchase or otherwise any ores or mineral produce for the purpose of working and rendering the same marketable, and selling and disposing of the same, and to carry on any business which may seem convenient in connection with the development of the mining sector.
